
The lazy and easy way to lose weight fast
Everybody in the world wants everything to be easy everyone wants the most easy way to lose weight fast and look like they have been working out in the forest lifting trees like some lumberjack. But we all know that to look that good there has to be a lot of dedication and a lot of motivation to lose weight.
Out there in the internet world people promise that you can lose pounds and inches off your body. Everyone out there promises that there method is the quickest way to lose weight. Also everyone out there says that there method is the only quick way to lose weight. Sure that is great that there are so many options out there in the world and I am sure all of them actually do work like they say they do. But what it really comes down to is that you are going to have to change or in other words sacrifice something that you are doing in your life to make your body start losing weight.
Motivation to lose weight
There are certain natural steps that occur before you start losing weight and were that starts is first in your mind. Getting up in the morning and getting out of the shower looking at your self in the mirror and realizing wow were has my body gone. What has gotten me to this point and why has it happened so fast. The most common enemy in weight loss is ourselves. We are our biggest critic and our biggest hindrance when it comes to improving ourselves physically and mentally. But the likely reason that you are here and reading this right now is the fact that you are seeking self improvement physically and mentally. So that means you are already taking those steps to see what can be done to improve your life so congratulations.
What this website is about
When you think of easy way to lose weight fast you probably think of pills and Celebrity Diet plans like Kim Kardashian diet. Which is probably going to work but its a chemical that you are allowing into your body that is going to only give you a temporary solution. What about the long term solution to weight loss. You can’t take Kim Kardashian diet pills the rest of your life. How are you going to keep the weight off and keep up with your daily eating and exercise habits? This was something that had come into my mind on my journey of losing weight. But I was so unmotivated because I am lazy. I would sit on the couch eating my ice cream and watching The Biggest Loser and saying wow this is really motivating watching these people lose weight. But at the same time I am watching them sweat and pass out and throw up day after day while working out for 6 hours a day. First of all I barely have 1 hour a day to myself I work and raise a family. When can I work out except after 11:00pm at night it just doesn’t work for me I can’t stay motivated everyday to work out that late like some people do. Then I started my self defeat looking at myself in the mirror and saying well its not that bad I am still attractive I can live this way and if I gain more weight then thats ok because I am just one of those people.
I thought that way for seven years while continuing to gain more weight and slowly losing my self respect. I am and was already on a path to self destruction and health. With a family history of diabetes and heart disease I knew if I didn’t figure out a way to change my lifestyle I would be dealing with more problems then a bad growing waist line. I will get more in depth about my personal journey to weight loss in other posts but I am here to say that I lost 25 pounds in 1 month and didn’t work out and didn’t take any chemical diet pills to make me lose weight. It was easy and it was motivating to see the results I was getting just from making a few minor changes in my life style.

Weight loss is has two common thoughts that everyone think is essential when trying to lose weight. Work out a lot and eat less and eat healthy. But that is a common misconception. Eating healthy is right but eat more healthy foods and work out less if not at all for the first month. There is method in life that a lot of people are beginning to follow in life and that is the MED method ( Minimum Effective Dose). The MED method basically is defined as the Smallest dose applied to produce you desired income. So How does this apply to weight loss? Well look at yourself and your life and be realistic with yourself. Say what changes can i really make in my life that will at least get me headed in the right direction to my goals. Just take baby steps towards your goals in life. Don’t say today I am going to run two miles instead say I am going to run a quarter of a mile. Why? Because if you set a goal that you honestly don’t accomplish then you are more likely to quit. Instead say I hit my quarter of a mile today and be happy with that. Then the next day say I am going to run my quarter mile and see if i can make it to a mile. But still keep that personal goal at a quarter mile and then once you start to realize that the goal is easy to obtain then step it up to a mile. This idea should be applied to every method of life in my opinion.
This MED method most importantly should be applied to your diet which is what the easiest way to start losing weight. Just start your day with a high protein breakfast and make sure to eat it with in the half an hour of waking up. Stay away from all white flower products just stick to vegetables, eggs, meat and some kind of bean for your breakfast. I will explain in other posts but stay away from fruit if you can help it and dairy if you can some how work in some of the ingredients i have said just into your breakfast which in my opinion is pretty you are off to a huge start in weight loss. That’s just one meal out of your day set that goal and try to eat it with in a half an hour of waking up. Take those little steps in your diet and then when you get to that point hey i can do this then add a healthy lunch to your diet.
I will talk about all kinds of diets out there and what worked for people but for me the diet that worked the best and was the easiest to stick to was the slow carb recipes. Just sticking to slow carb recipes has made it so i can lose weight easily with out even having to pick up a weight. I have stuck to this diet for over three months and not only do I look great I really feel great. But we will talk about what else is out there that might work for you. This is just what worked for because one i love meat two I am really lazy and don’t like working out and three there are a suprisingly a large amount of slow carb recipes to use and try that pretty much all of been really tasty. There has been alot of times that I have said that I can’t believe that this meal is part of my slow carb recipes.
In conclusion just start with the baby steps towards the better look at your self and your life and go what little thing can I take away that will get me started on my path to a healthy better me. Also if your depressed watch “What about Bob?” just because its a classic funny movie.
